Suncoast Internet is seeking a website designer / developer preferably with a basic understanding of php and server management to join our  team.

We are looking for a mid level website designer who is enthusiastic, energetic, has a strong design sense and works well under pressure. Lots of pressure! 9-5 employees need not apply. We are looking for a person who gets things done!

You will need to demonstrate strong design skills, with the ability to use these skills across a variety of media.

You will have proven commercial experience as a graphic/web designer.

To be successful in your application you will need to present a print and web folio containing a variety of work.

Skills required
Your application should address your industry/uni experience in relation to the following...

  • Adobe Photoshop / Fireworks
  • Macromedia Dreamweaver
  • HTML and CSS coding
  • Coding skill (php, java,ajax)
  • Client liaison / time management
  • Preferable if applicant has some experience with Joomla!

 

Tasks and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for a range of web projects.

You will often be required to work autonomously (or as part of a team) and manage projects from beginning to end.
