A poorly presented web site can lose a company potential clients, as it is a reflection of the business, Suncoast Internet Managing Director Andrew Plimmer said today.
“What a business puts up on the public domain is a mirror image of their company, its reception desk, the quality of their products, services and delivery."
“If a web site has an unprofessional look, contains out-of-date information, broken links, too many pictures and slow to navigate, then potential clients will look elsewhere to find a business that meets their criteria,” Mr Plimmer said.
He said customers know what they want and if a web site is set up properly it can be an invaluable source of new customers, both locally and internationally.
