This really isn't as bad as it sounds; it’s actually a great way to protect your business. First, it helps to show people that you are legitimate. Second, if someone doesn't want to receive your emails anymore but they have no link to click to unsubscribe, they may start marking your emails as spam, which can hurt you very quickly.
